The VADER 550 is arguably the most versatile single phase grinding and polishing machine on the market. Weighing in at 200kg the VADER 550 runs rings around the European competition. With a 550mm working width and an ironic 5.5HP (4kw) motor with 130kg of grinding head weight, the VADER 550 has more grinding head pressure than any other machine on the market. Two counter-rotating heads make the machine easy to control and maneuver, the direction of the rotation can be changed at the control panel (a feature you won't find in many single-phase machines). Magnetic tooling holders make changing diamonds fast and efficient. A digital inverter allows this beast of a machine to run of single-phase while also giving the user full control of speed ranging anywhere between 100-1600rpm to suit any grinding and polishing application. Dust extraction ports and a 30L water tank allow the user to work wet and dry with a floating skirt to ensure the mess stays where it should be. It's even got a light!
